This cabinet is assembled using screws, minifixes, dowels, screws and nails to secure the back wall of the cabinet.

Minifix - is designed to connect furniture parts at a right angle. However, there is an angular minifix, which allows you to connect parts at different angles. Minifix consists of a rod and an eccentric. Sometimes a plastic coupling is used under the rod.
A confirmat is a special fastener that is structurally different from a regular screw or wood screw.
A dowel is a fastener, usually in the form of a cylindrical rod with chamfers or rounded ends; a round cross-section inserted tenon.
Small nails - these nails are useful for attaching the back of a cabinet.
Furniture corners - used to connect furniture frames, expand the upper parts of cabinets and shelves, and also to create other furniture structures.
Legs and castors are specialized fittings that provide increased stability of furniture on various surfaces: laminate, self-leveling floors, tiles, carpet, parquet, etc.
Heel pads are a small part that is installed on the legs to prevent damage to the floor when moving. 
Furniture hinges are hinges that allow the wall of a furniture body to be opened at a certain angle.
A clothes rail is a special device that helps keep clothes clean and tidy.

Assembling a wardrobe

  1. First, we screw the minifix rod into the holes and insert the dowel. Each fitting has its own size holes. After that, we insert the eccentric into the large holes so that the arrow on the eccentric is turned to the side where the parts will be connected. Then we carefully connect the parts according to the drawing.

Please be careful until all the body parts are connected, as it is very easy to damage the connections and parts. Make sure that the parts do not tilt.

Now that the main body components are connected, the structure becomes more robust. 

  1. The final strength of the cabinet is given by the back wall, which can be fixed with nails, screws or a construction stapler. However, before this, it is necessary to make sure that the diagonal of the cabinet is uniform, so that the cabinet stands level and the doors close tightly. The distance between opposite corners should be the same.
  2. We fix the cabinet supports with screws 4:16 mm long. The indent from the edge of the front part of all the pencil cases should be the same. It is recommended to leave an indent of 4 cm.

  1. To install furniture hinges, we use mounting strips (for hinges), which we fasten with two special screws. Then we install shelf holders.
  2. Now we screw the hinges themselves. Make sure that in the unfolded position they are perpendicular to the door. We insert the hinges into the mounting strips and fix them with a special screw.

Using a marker or pencil, mark the locations of the rod attachment points on the cabinet walls. Use corner brackets or tubular rod holders. Attach them to the cabinet walls following the marks. Insert the rod into the brackets. Make sure it is securely fixed and does not slip.
